Delivery Time (10-30 days) = Processing Time + Shipping Time
After placing an order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. When your order is shipped, you will receive an additional confirmation email containing a tracking number. In very rare cases, your order may be split into separate boxes, but you will still receive the full order number and tracking number.
Please expect a processing time of 1-5 business days. Carriers do not accept shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Road updates are expected from Monday to Friday.
Our estimated delivery date depends on various factors, including the destination address and the speed at which we assemble and prepare items for shipping.

Delivery Note:
Our products will be delivered to your doorstep. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to confirm the delivery address. If local logistics providers can arrange delivery, we will contact them for a second delivery attempt. However, for addresses that cannot be reached by local logistics providers, we will provide you with carrier information and tracking numbers related to your order so that you can contact them directly and pick up your order through local mail.
For the safety of our members, in case of suspected events such as package theft, we kindly request members to report to their local jurisdiction for a proper investigation to initiate a refund or replacement claim. Unfortunately, we cannot initiate a refund or replacement until you report to the authorities. Once you file a report with the police, our loss prevention team members will contact them within 48-72 business hours.

HomeMere is not responsible for transportation or delivery delays caused by natural events or events beyond our control. Additionally, HomeMere is not responsible for delays related to the delivery itself (e.g., customs clearance).
Tax Considerations:

Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be settled before your shipment can be delivered and are based on both the type and value of the item(s) being shipped. These fees are mandatory government charges, and all collected taxes will be submitted to the tax authorities.HomeMere will not charge you for the taxes you pay. Shipping carriers may charge prepaid Tax and Duties to customs for package clearance and later collect from the recipient.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes HomeMere to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that HomeMere may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).

  • Customers shall be responsible for Duty and Tax.Since U.S. law stipulates corresponding tax policy requirements in different states, special attention needs to be paid: Customers in California, USA, need to pay a tax of 9.38% of the total price of the product. This tax will be charged when the customer checks out.
  • Customers shall be responsible for customs clearance.
  • Customers shall be held responsible for shipment pricing/charges due to shipment abandonment, rejection, undeliverable or return caused by custom's clearance process.
